Good Morning! What the?

When I woke up this morning I saw some strange shadows coming from the front blinds... and this is what it happened to be! We got TEEPEED!!!!

Rocky was less interested in helping me clean it up- and more interested in running out to the field to play.

How did they get it up so high???

Even the stroller fell victim.

"BEAR DIDN"T EVEN BARK ONCE"

"WHAT A SUCKY DOG!"

Thank you for the peace offering- sidewalk chalk for Rocky to keep.
that looks like the outline of someone I know...
There was a challenge written on the drive way: GUESS WHO?
There's no need to guess when you KNOW who did it. KADE and KAYLEE ESPLIN with possibly the sidekick assistance of Dan and Emily!! No doubt it was Kaylee's idea.

Natalie Comes to Visit

Cousin Natalie came to spend the night for a couple nights with us at the beginning of the week while my sister Rebecca was getting induced! Her little guy, Kyle, was born in the middle of the night on Monday- he was 8lbs 11 oz and 21in long. That is pretty much exactly the same size Rocky boy was! So to back it up a little bit, Rebecca and Trent came up Sunday night to drop Natalie off, and brought a lasagna with them that Rocky LOVED. That's a big deal since Rocky doesn't eat anything.

This is a weird picture, I caught him mid cough I think, but look at that face! Maybe some moms out there see this all the time, but since my little man never eats anything I was so excited to see a messy face- I had to blog about it.

In the ear, and the hair. wow.

Rocky and Natalie were little pals, they played so well. It was fun to see what it would be like to have twins for a couple days. Here they are both working on a bowl of KIX in the morning.

TOO CUTE

For anyone who hasn't seen my house, I have these unusual cubbies in the front room, that Rocky and Natalie put to good use. They were knocking on the wall, and trying to peak around the corner to see eachother without falling off the treasure chests.
When we dropped Natalie off at the hospital to meet baby brother Kyle, I brought my camera and everything... but forgot to take a picture. So no pictures of the new addition, but we loved having Natalie come stay!

The Zoo

My poor sister Rebecca is 2 days past her due date, and amazingly she still wanted to walk the zoo in 95degrees!

Staying hydrated at the splash pad.

Natalie was told to hold Rocky's hand, which she took VERY literally and wouldn't let go. He wasn't happy about that. Also, notice the watermelon stains on Rocky's rash guard. very cute.

When these guys are together we usually get asked atleast once if they are twins.
Rock's trying to figure out if this frog is real or not.

Checking out more froggies.
There was some pushing and shoving and a few close calls when these two were sharing stairs.

Dinosaur Museum

(Rock and Cam watching a movie on the laptop with their popcorn and drinks)
I'll start by saying Rocky and Cameron have become pretty good friends. I had my doubts at first since Rocky seemed to be majorly annoying to Cameron, "No no Rocky, no no!" was usually what was heard when the two "played"together. But since Rocky has grown up to be less pesky they are like peas and carrots.

We went to a dinosaur museum today since Cameron is the #1 fan of all things prehistoric.
Catching a ride- and loving it- with the giant sea turtle.

Just catching a flick about AZ pronghorns...is Rocky's arm going in for the 'ol movie-cuddle-move while he checks out to see if anyone is going to catch him in the act?
Play time with the dinos.
Rocky's got a hold of a hanging prism. Beware- they quickly turn into deadly weapons when they are swung around as hard as possible. Which hurts a lot if you are standing in the way...Does anyone else see that wild glint in his eye?
The kiddos are admiring the dinosaur bones, while I am admiring the kiddos.

Busy days like that can tucker you out pretty fast. I also need to mention, on the way over Rocky and Cameron were holding hands across the carseat divide while they watched Finding Nemo. So cute!
